Jason Rivers! Plain and simple! He's the BEST technician (or whatever you call them) that I've had. He goes above and beyond to make sure that all bases are covered.
I called when my neighbors house was being torn apart due to termites because I was worried about my house. I was assured that everything would be ok since my traps are checked regularly. Jason came for my normal pest control and he checked the traps for me to be sure nothing was going on - without even asking! I didn't realize that there are two different people who service my place.
Anyway, I just hope that you recognize Jason. He is a truly VALUABLE employee, who is always here on time, always courteous, always thorough and just an all-around great guy.

I love that Terminex is almost completely autonomous in every way. Protecting my home requires very little effort, on my part. Scheduling is breeze and my tech is very friendly and accommodating. I haven't had a pest problem in over 20 years.
