The Terminex technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. He explained what he was looking for in his inspection of our crawl space. He also located our bait traps, many of them buried by mulch and leaves.

Technician was great. In the two years we've been in this new house we have seen almost no bugs inside and alive and very, very few dead (unlike the Island where we constantly encountered dead bugs). Here, you're getting them before they get in. I'm very pleased.
