When I had my service in June/July, I was very dissatisfied. The technician spent less than 10 minutes in my home, and I had live bugs (spiders, roaches, etc.) immediately and after the service. I vocalized concern to Terminix and when this service technician came, he was a different technician. He obviously takes pride in his work. He was inside my home for over 30 minutes. I have seen a couple of bugs, but they were dead. Shout out to Cliff and to customer service for caring and responding to my concerns.
Renee is always punctual, professional, and extremely nice. She answers all question goes beyond to clean any spider webs outside the house.
