Our technician, Doug, is excellent.
I don't have a problem with the technician who came out, but the office personnel needs attention. I got a bill out of nowhere for the Termite bond, so I called to schedule the inspection and was told that the bill was just a warning and I should call back the next month to schedule the inspection. Which didn't make any sense, but I waited and called back the next month and was then told that the inspection had been done two months before which I hadn't authorized, scheduled or any thing. they said it had been done at the time of my regular treatment appointment. So I informed them that I had nothing in writing saying the inspection had been done. They finally scheduled for someone to come out and do the inspection again. I still never received anything giving the results of the inspection, so I guess I have to just assume that they didn't find anything.
This is not about pest services. That is always 5 stars. I will never recommend Terminix constructions services. A few years back I paid 18K to have new Hardi plank put on my house. Once the painters came out, I learned it was totally installed wrong. There were cracks where three and four nails were punched into the exterior of the plank, several types of nails and screws were used, and it was not installed in overlapping fashion where screws and nails were not visible in the siding itself. It was never caulked which landed on me at my cost although it was in the contract, and it was a complete mess. I notified the local Terminix with pictures of the most terrible locations where the installers cracked the plank and did a really terrible job, but never got a response from them. They will never get a recommendation from me.
