Doug, our tech, is always in our neighborhood with about 1,000 homes. If I ever had a problem I could probably find him. Terminix keeps track of when to come so I don’t have to…payment is automatic as well. They spray outside, and don’t need to enter the house. So far, so good….no bugs!

Ricky, was my inspector. He was on time, personally was spot on. I had trees removed in my yard, so concerned about some of my traps. Ricky didn’t think twice about reviewing my traps with me. Completed his job. Update on trap. Updated under my house. I will ask for him going forward.
