I like Terminix but I really am impressed with Richie Altman! He called saying he may be late but still got here on time. If he says he will be here if I have issues or fix a problem it is a guarantee. He comes through with what he promises. He makes Terminix the company worth investing in.

Billy McCoy did an excellent job, very thorough! Since I have had Terminix, I've never had a problem with pests. Sometimes I have taken my lack of pests for granted. But I was reminded about a household down the street that actually had termites, etc. The pest control folks took a long time to get them back to normal. If they had Terminix the problem(s) would have been solved ASAP.

Terminex responds to my immediate needs, be it insects, rats, or termites. I have their mosquito boxes, and this summer I had very few mosquitoes. My person is Eddie, and he is so pleasant, courteous, and efficient. He is always punctual. I would recommend Terminex to anyone who wants reliable and excellent service.

My technician. I’ve been with this company for 30 years and have had many technicians over the years and Ritchie is by far the best. He is very friendly and personable and does a great job. I never have to worry about my gate being closed and locked (for my dogs) and if I have a problem he’s right there. It’s always a plus when you see a familiar face.

Doug always calls to tell me he’s coming and ask if I’ve had any bug sittings.
Your termite guy, however showed up unannounced, stood sideways so I couldn’t see the logo on his shirt, didn’t identify himself and mumbled why he was here. I had to ask him to repeat himself twice, then he turned so I caught sight of the Terminix logo and asked him if he was here to look at the traps.
In my opinion, Doug keeps you in business.
