Richie showed up at the appointed time and we chatted for a bit then got to work. He asked me if we were having any problems, and I told him that I saw rat droppings in one of my storage sheds. He took time to thoroughly spray and "rat proof" it. After he was done, we talked for a while longer, and it was like talking with an old high school friend rather than a Terminix technician. Ten out of ten rating.
