We have used Terminix for years and until this year we have never had any issues that couldn't be resolved. However, this year we have a new technician who seems to come when he pleases rather than at the appointment time. The last two months there have been problems with scheduling. Twice I have made appointments by email when I was notified we were due service and no one showed up. When I called to see if there was a problem I was told they had "no appointment scheduled for me". These are minor issues and I hope we can get them all straightened out in the future. This has been the first year that we have been disappointed with both the office and the technician and we are seeing an increase in roaches and the mosquito
treatment doesn't seem to be helping this summer. That may be in part due to weather and conditions.
I very rarely if ever see an insect in my house yet there is no evidence of a visit from Terminex. My very protective 100 pound plus dog loves our technician Billy.

I love the fact that the treatment that was serviced to my house really worked. We have used terminix for over a year and from that day until now we have not seen one bug.The representative that comes out and service our house does a wonderful job in the treating the whole house. The representative gives a constant reminder of your upcoming appointment.

Scheduling was easy. Terminix sent me a reminder for pest control service. I called and had any day and date available. Chris our tech is kind, friendly and professional. He does a great job. Terminix has serviced our home for over 30 years!! No problems here.

I won't provide my final feedback till the guy comes in August to complete the filling of the outside termite traps. You already have my $$...just need you to finish the outside job. If I'm not home, I need to know the job has been completed.
