Ritchie showed up and got to work immediately. When he was done, we chatted for a while and noticed I was in pain. He asked me what was wrong, and I told him I was having pain in my hip and was having trouble walking. He wanted to know if my wife was helping me and I told him she was in Minnesota, on vacation. Then, unbelievably, he told me that if I needed help getting groceries or needed any help with anything TO JUST CALL HIM AND HE'D COME OVER AND HELP ME! Who does that? If Terminix doesn't make Ritchie Altman a Regional Manager, you're wasting an opportunity to promote a good, caring man.
