I like that I have the same pest provider quarterly who knows me and my home. Should issues arise after my service, they are only a phone call away. The service is great. The techs are professional but yet friendly. They spray inside and outside and will come back at no charge if you still seeing bugs. I've been with Terminix for well over a year and I have had no problems with them at all.
