I was informed by the inside guy that I had had termites on one side of my garage. I had never been told that before in the last 26 years. Termites are not there now. He said he would note this finding on my account!!!!

I have been a loyal Terminix customer for over 20 years. In that time, I have received excellent customer service from the office staff, the pest control technicians and the Manager. They are prompt, courteous and professional.
Both technicians were very professional--answered all questions. Explained the job--and also explained what we as homeowners needed to do to solve pest problems.
Christopher Marks was the technician that was just here. I thought he did an excellent job of making sure all the shrubs and low hanging branches were treated for skeeters. Quite pleased!

Joel is great. He found a water leak in a very inaccessible area under the house. Had it continued it would have caused extensive damage. He saved us a lot of money; more than made up for the annual fee. He found it because of his attention to detail. Thanks Joel!
