Efficient, timely, and thorough. They are flexible on scheduling day of service. They call prior to arrival on treatment day. Most important, the bugs get eradicated. I tell friends that they have to be realistic about getting rid of the bugs and spiders, particularly if they have a heavy infestation like we had. Terminix was upfront in saying that it would take a few visits to get full control. They explained the life cycle of certain bugs
And how important that is in treatments. Anyway, the bug problem is well under control now. And we understand that regular treatment is the most effective way to keep the little critters gone. Thanks for the excellent service. Great job.
