My last tech a few days ago did things I never saw done. He had on a back pack and sprayed the house down well along with several trees that had black ants mounds. Great personality and a great explainers of ants in general!
They usually contact me to confirm a time and date for them to come to the house for their scheduled appointment.
The person that does the job will answer any questions I have upon the completion of his task.

The services of all your agents have always been wonderful and informative, from former agent,June, who retired , to the present one, Arnie. From answering questions that I can understand and informing me of what they found or doing.
