No matter when I call, Terminix shows up. They have always been good to our family. But in the last year I lost my husband. He always handle these things. I know I can trust this service with problem relating to much more than pest. They have helped me with water issues, wetness under the house etc. But the most important part of our service with them are the technicians. For years before my husband's death we had Robert as our technician. He was the best! He told me that he was taking another position in the company. It made me so sad because Robert was great with his work and his customers. He said this to me on his last visit to my house, "I will make sure your account goes to a good trained technician. Robert carried through on his word. We now have Cody. His work ethic is just like Robert's. I can trust what he tells me. I love this business. They are dependable and trustworthy.
