We honestly don't know why we hesitated to call Terminix since moving to the area 3 years ago, except perhaps being a big name company, thinking they wouldn't give great service because they don't need the name recognition? Regardless... were we ever pleasantly surprised!! Our technician, Doug, was very kind, listened very well, provided good, knowledgeable feedback. He was here over 2 hours conducting a thorough look at every space inside and outside, attic to crawlspace, yard, trees, flowerbeds, etc. So considerate to gain knowledge of the circumstances to best serve their client! We were more than happy to sign for yearly(quarterly)service, and will transfer termite bond to them as well. Terminix was recommended by a neighbor, and we are so thankful for that and highly recommend them now, too! Don't waste your time and money on other companies, as we have.
Representative Travis is thorough with inspection, friendly & appreciated the fact he tried to befriend the dogs.

I think I did this survey earlier but can’t confirm it. Terminix is very trustworthy and scheduling is quite easy; plus, they all listen attentively and respond with helpful advice, and really want to help with any problems or questions. The office staff and other front line people are top notch😃as are the technicians I have seen. The overall I am very pleased!!

I have been a Terminix customer for many years and with 2 different homes. I have always had great service, pleasant and knowledgeable employees (Bryan Young) was the last employee and he was outstanding. Days later as I was trying to add his name to my "contacts" phone list I inadvertently hit his number and almost before I could delete the action he had called to see if there was a problem...I appreciate the care and expertise of the Terminix employees from the staff with scheduling and the "on the street" staff that take good care of my home.
