We started with Terminix when we moved here 4 years ago. We had a few recurring bug problems where we may not have had full/completed service a year or so ago, but everything before and since then has been very good. Your team was very responsive on the 2-3 return attempts to deal with those issues when they happened. Since then, we have noticed less webs and no interior bugs. We very much appreciate having all of the webs wiped down inside the garage, and on both porches. Overall, we are very satisfied with your level of service and commitment to customer satisfaction.
