I have been a client of Terminix for over 40 years. They have been steady and professional. When damage due to termite was found after the flood necessitated removal of drywall, Terminix came and fixed the wall readily.
I would have given a 10 if my regular guy had done my most recent service but since he found another job Terminix sent a replacement. The replacement man did a good job but he brought his dog along while he did the service. That’s not a good idea.

They do what they are supposed to do. So far, they have prevented mu house from getting termites. We rarely have a problem with bugs or other pests as a result of the quarterly sprayings.

Doug is inspector that comes out to treat my house and also go into the crawl space to look for problems. He is the reason I signed the contract to start the service and he is the reason I will stay with Terminix. He got rid of ants that no one else seemed to be able to do. I am extremely pleased. Terminix has been in our life for 40+ years. We have at least 5 different services with them. The one thing I like about this company is if I call them, they come, but the best thing are the technicians who come to do the services like pest control, fire ants, under house enclosure are trained, reliable, and kind. When we started with Terminix we were a young couple with 3 girls and now I am a senior citizen and will ALWAYS trust Terminix as my people to protect my home. Thank you, Terminix, technicians, staff, and all the Knoxs. You are a fine company.
