Excellent customer service. Zack, our technician, is very knowledgeable and always answers my questions.

We had several of our termite traps dug up and a technician was out at our house in no time and replaced the traps. I cannot remember his name, but I appreciate him.

I am very pleased with the service Terminix has provided me over the years. The technicians do an excellent job of explaining what is going on under my house. I feel like we work as a team to keep my home protected. I chose the bait system and I'm glad I don't have to worry about liquid spray under and around my home. I've had a lot of remodeling work done on my house over the last few years and was aware the moisture barrier was damaged. Each year the technicians have made me aware of it but did not try to pressure me into replacing it. They are going to replace it this year and I know they will do a good job as they have with other things like the new wall vents I got 2 years ago. The old ones were the original ones from 1964 and the new ones open and close on their own depending on the weather to help control moisture. They look great too. I trust them to keep my home in top condition and would not go anywhere else.
