Very dependable. Have never had an issue with the service. I feel comfortable, that should a problem arise, it will be taken care of in a timely manner.

Only problems I had were, I got home as my Tech was in his truck and about to leave when I got here
. I own a split level so therefore, my slab area and also my garage needed to inspected. I don't think that would have been done if I hadn't shown up at that particular moment.
I also was wondering my my Sentricon was not checked at the same time? He responded that he doesn't do that. I always thought that the Techs were Key Techs.
I also have not received my report.
I did, however, ask Him how everything looked and he replied that there were no issues whatsoever. Then I asked what my moisture readings were and he said 17%. Throughout, or was that an average?
I'm not so sure he was very thorough.
Very nice kid and Professional in speaking. If I may add.
He informed me that he had only been a Tech for about a month.
I still like Terminix and believe y'all are a good company.
