The representatives are always very professional, respectful, and courteous. The customer service over the phone is outstanding. Of all the services I have to utilize as a homeowner, this branch of Terminix is by far the best.

Once the office notifies me that it is time for them to come I can just call and schedule a time for them to come. Very easy to do. Young lady that comes to spray is always very polite and pleasant!! I thank her for being so kind!!

The guys who do the pest services seem to be very thorough. However, they often show up early, without calling first. I would prefer they call if they are going to come early.
