Jason Russell is on time, curtious, suggests services possibly needed, he doesn’t get overly excited about anything he sees or does which doesn’t cause alarm to me. He’s nice. He sends me reminders to call for quarterly sprays around and / or inside my house. I don’t need inside sprays most of the time, but reminds me I can call anytime to have him come back to do so if needed or wanted. I like that he calls me to let me know he’s in my area of town, before he comes to spray my house if I forget to call him for an appointment. I think Jason is the best man/employee Terminex has.
