Justin arrived on time. He has previously served our house. He asked me if I had any issues in order to help him find issues. Fortunately I do not so he went to work. I was in the garage when he came to that area. He checked it out professionally including sounding wood structure for termites. His inspection in the crawl space basically showed that an issue in one corner still existed but was not increasing. I showed him my stash of bug traps and he offered to give me more. I put the traps by each access to the garage. He covered his findings before he left. I feel confident that our house is safe.
The inspection was super thorough and the inspector provided me with a compete report.
