Had the same technician for over two years and he was reassigned to my disappointment. However, the new technician is Vince Enright and the change was seamless. He coordinated the appointment in advance, introduced himself on arrival, explained what he was going to accomplish during the visit and executed the application flawlessly. Extremely knowledgeable, courteous and a highly skilled professional. Serves as a role model for others to follow.
