Your employee, ( Joe ) that came out is very professional and helpful, he went through everything with me and my wife and took the time to answer any and all questions we had, it's a shame that your scoring only goes to 10, he should get a 15 at the least.
Customer service is excellent from inside reps booking inspections, friendly and obliging. My service tech C.J. was awesome, on time arrival, personal, and fully explained inspection results.
No complaints from start to completion. A discount would be much appreciated for your senior customers, something to consider in the future.
