The staff at South Valley is friendly and welcoming. The environment is encouraging and positive. There are various classes at most times to accommodate my schedule needs. The childcare is amazing with attentive and kind caregivers. I like that they interact with the kids and do crafts or read books with them so I feel like my daughter is being enriched by attending and not just passing time waiting for me to work out. This location has less offerings than other places, but I like the smaller and more familiar setting. The showers, parking, and gym are never full so it's easier to access. I drive further to attend this location specifically.
I like the plentyful open swim hours and the e-gym.

The trainers really care. The equiptment is always taken care of. The trainers are very good at what they do and are very compassionate.

I love the senior fitness class and the e-gym. I also like the fact that there are several classes I can try when I want.
I like the welcoming atmosphere and the availability of pickleball courts and workout machines.
I like that they have swim lessons AND activities my school-ages children (K-8th) with membership included. I like that Kids Club is available while I exercise. My kids are old enough (8 and older) to join in the gym machines with me.

Instructors are very responsible and ratio of instructor to student is good.
I only use AquaFit and like the class. I just wish the women in the pool would stop talking during the class. Some never stop talking and I can't imagine that they get any exercise except talking.
