Variety of programs, especially for seniors. Indoor and outdoor pools, plus aqua fitness classes. Sauna. A free 1 hour wellness session, with Erica, in which she showed me an instructed me on use of weight machines, I found this so beneficial, and she was the best!! So good, detailed, and informative, I gained so much from this session and her knowledge. A free nutrition session, which I've not been able to take advantage of yet. Access to other YMCA locations and their programs. Friendliness and courtesy of staff and instructors.

I love the water aerobics class. All the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
This location has the best schedule for bodypump and bodycombat. Great instructor like Eyal, Dorota, Mark and Autumn. I would highly recommend them.

It's clean. I appreciate the towels, the diversity of cultures, lockers, and the friendly people in the front desk.
Child care i number 1 for me. But if we had dedicated pickleball courts I would come even more often aha

I love how I feel when I go to the Y. The facility is so clean, the staff and members are so welcoming. There is such a variety of programs, too.
I haven’t joined many classes, but the ones I did join were great!

It's close to my home, we like the swimming pool although it's an outdoor heated pool.

I always enjoy participating in the activities offered at South Valley YMCA. Marnie, the director and all staff there truly care about how to make each member's experiences at Y turned out positively. South Valley YMCA definitely is the facility where I will keep coming back to!
South valley Y offers a variety of classes and introduces new classes based on interest and need of it's members. Balance is a critical component to staying healthy as we age, the balance class is a recent add and has improved my strength and balance. The staff listen to our concerns and address them promptly. The members for the most part :) are friendly and easy to exercise with. I've gained a valuable support system through the Y, several of my class mates have become friends I lunch with and attend function outside of the Y.
Teachers are very nice and friendly. My girls enjoyed the class and looked forward to going every week.

Body pump and body combat are great!
Also, love the childcare but wish the hours were slightly different. If it opened at 8:30 instead of 8:45 that would be awesome. It always feels rushed when a class starts at 8:45 and childcare opens at the exact same time.
