I really am happy their is rec swim from 4- 630 in December - I can go after work. I wish their was a way to share that time with swim lessons in the spring.

Water aerobics! The teachers are wonderful, and everyone in class is friendly. It’s a great way to exercise, keeping both body and mind healthy.

I like the warm swimming pool in the winter. The deep end of the pool is great for exercise in the water. Lap swimming is great, if you don’t have to share a line.
The hours of the y work for me, so I don’t get into traffic.
I also like the work out room to use before swimming.
People are nice and friendly.

Great swim instructor, made my daughter feel comfortable in the water. Appreciated the consistency (substitute teachers tend to throw her off).

The sense of community
I like the accessibility of the workout rooms, good equipment and clean spacious lockers, bathrooms and changing rooms. I like the pool too, but above all I like the friendliness of the staff. Old or young, all are treated courteously.
I like the variety of classes offered and that they are included in the monthly fee, which is very reasonable. I particularly like BodyPump, Yoga and Pilates. I also appreciate the hours that the Y is open, which offers me a lot of flexibility throughout the day.
I only participate in Senior Fitness, which I have done for many years. I like the program and the instructors. I like the fact that, depending on your health and fitness level at any particular time, the exercises can mostly be done seated or at your chosen level of exertion.
Variety
The instructors, Amy - spin cycling is great, as are the class’ participants. Equipment needs some help, frequently bikes have something that is not Last name removed. Whoever is also using the room leaves it so we have to reconfigure the bikes before class starts.
i love the Monday 9am Gentle Yoga and the Friday morning Gentle Pilates classes! I'd love if there was something similar offered at the same time every morning or at least Wednesday too.
I really enjoy the opportunity to meet others in the community while getting a gentle way to start my day and keep moving.
Earlier morning is the best for me since I need to schedule around work and I prefer to start my day with exercise rather than do later.
