Everything thank you
I'm new to the offering. The staff is wonderful and there are many activities that will help me live a better life. My first adventure was swimming. It was easy to get in and out and I could tell that my lungs were exercised. Thanks!!
I enjoy all programs that design for different ages.
Staff
The group activities yoga and Zumba and cycling
Sequoia has an amazing feeling for its members. They are always happy and form a community with each other.
love the livestrong program
the wonderful variety of classes and the community
I only use the heated indoor pool. I am disappointed that the pool is closed from 1-4 and swim lessons take up so much of the 4-6 slots.
I love the culture and friendly employees!
variety of instructor for same classes, such as trx and stretch-mobility
Class options are varied, easy to sign up for, included in membership and GREAT INSTRUCTORS!
They are reasonably priced, and it's nice that we're able to take classes with our friends :) I wish there was more communication about the progress my son was making throughout the course though.
There is always a place and equipment to do some exercises
The main thing we like is that the pool water is kept at a comfortable temperature year-round, which is great because you don't have to freeze. Secondly, the facilities are cleaner now, and the entire pool area is being renovated; the only thing I would like—and what would improve the gym area—is the addition of newer equipment.
The reception staff is friendly, and some are bilingual.
Instructor was very good and knowledgeable about swimming and she understood my disabilities.
I like

Inclusiveness, staff, friends I've made, teachers, cleaniless etc. etc.
The Sequoia Y is for many, an extension of family and family life. It pleases me to be a staff member of this community, service organization!
I only use the main machines room, but I really enjoy it. The people at the Y are so friendly.
Consistemcy and staff
There are so many group fitness classes which work for me. The choices are great, the people are very friendly and welcoming and the gym is clean. All of which I love!

There is attentive, kind, knowledgeable and respectful staff. The pool is warm, clean and well-staffed with lifeguards.
