Dedicated and friendly staff/coaches - my little one takes swimming lessons at YMCA-Palo Alto and it’s been her most favorite class since the beginning. And we as parents know what that means. 😊
We really like the 'senior fitness' group exercise. The instructor Larry is very friendly and we have good friends there. We also do eGym which is easy to use.

They meet the health and physical fitness needs of thousands of children and adults. The programs are local and reasonably priced. The staff are professional and communicate well. The staff on duty in the Wellness Center gym are there to help whether a client needs to know how to use a piece of equipment or which equipment to use given a person’s exercise needs. The equipment, sponsored classes. and personnel work for clients at all fitness levels and for a wide range of interests.

Swimming pool is great, and also teachers. I wish the family locker rooms are also connected to the swimming pool, but it would require heavy remodeling, so I’m ok.
