I'm very comfortable at the Y. I feel welcomed and encouraged. Usually I swim but I just started in the weight room and I'm slightly intimidated there. But it is just myself and not anyone there. I'm sure that with more experience that will go away. I love seeing all the kids in the pool doing swimming lessons. The Y was made for that!
Zumba! Sue is a great teacher! I hope she can be part of the regular teacher rotation.
U-Jam is awesome! I love the music and different dance moves compared to Zumba.

The senior fitness class is a special time for many of us- for both physical and mental health. Larry does a superb job of making us all feel welcomed. This is confirmed by the growth of the group.

I don't use any of the programs, not relevant to me. I swim in the pool in the morning at my own pace. Formal pool classes start too late for my schedule.

Kids camp was AMAZING!
It’s always hard leaving your babe no matter how short the period of time is.

This was our first visit so please give us some time to et a better/fuller experience. For now we're attracted by the twice weekly PD exercise class with larry. What a great instruct, who understand the PD limitation but can motivate each one to do a bit more, Great. We plan to attend twice a week
We also have been programmed on the e-Gym and would like to use it more often.
Might be interested in aquatic exercise program when available. Need to get a full program to study classes
Variety of classes suited for seniors like me: ie Gentle Yoga, water aquatics, yoga balance
