I'm coming for barre and BollyX classes. Facility is clean, staffs and instructors are very friendly and nice. Parking is easy. I'm pretty satisfied.
I liked the aqua exercises, bolly X, u Jam, Zumba classes, Also very user friendly in term of the toddler day care, The care taker over their are very humble and good with the kids. Mu child too loved the place.

Yoga with Chuck is great. LIke the cleanliness and friendly atmosphere of both the staff and clients--that's a big plus!

Yoga classes, particularly those taught by Phil and Chuck. I also appreciate the variety of machines in the cardio room.

I love the body Pump and Yin Yoga classes
I love the variety of classes you offer, which encourages me to try new activities outside my comfort zone of yoga and zumba! I now occasionally take the hot hula, body pump and other classes, which keep me literally and figuratively on my toes! I appreciate the generally high quality of the instructors, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I also regularly use the machines in the main gym, and the stretching room, which are kept in good order, clean and welcoming.

All activities are excellent it's motivate. And the program also like lunch and learn and other then that keeps us busy, we get to know about different things. Salute to YMCA.

Phil’s yoga classes on Saturday mornings. What a great way to start the weekend. Enjoy lap swim on Sunday mornings.
Meditation with Sachin, yoga/wellness evening, being greeted with warmth every time I come to the Y, hearing laughter in the hallway, how clean the bathroom is, the complimentary hot water
