Front desk staff friendly, especially when my staff membership was expired. They were professional and friendly, while enforcing policy, which I appreciate coming from another branch. Like the new feel of the Wellness Center, but wish there still was a space to stretch without having to go down the hall. But I like that you maximized the space with the new EGym equipment and upgrades!
I love the pool and the QiGong classes. I’ve met so many lifelong friends without even trying by going to these group exercise classes and advancing my health.
My daughters aren't new to swimming lessons, but this is their first time at any Y location. Everyone has been friendly and especially Mayukha on Saturday mornings for the preschoolers. My girls didn't hesitate at all and her (and everyone's) welcoming approach helped to transition them in easily. Thank you!

eGym is excellent facility that helps to enjoy the workout. Group exercise is the Best for everyone. So many festival celebrations happening in NWYMCA. Because of these celebrations, lots of communities are coming together and getting awareness of different culture.

I like the aqua aerobics program especially when the water is not too cold. It is also nice when the instructors play music that is in English and relates to the age group in the water usually

There are a variety of programs to choose from.
Variety of fitness classes and some great instructors! - THe pool is great fun for kids and the weightroom has all you need for cardio and strength training. Friendly staff. Great community. Nice to see people sitting together after class sharing a coffee or sitting outside under the umbrellas on a nice day.
