I really like yoga with Sue. I wish it would be longer than the current hour. In general, i would like to see more mindfulness classes. Also it would be nice to see a small group weight lifting groups for those that are re-starting their weight lifting routine.
I get a lot of benefit from the Functional Fitness classes, taught by Lynette Wong and Lisa Schouten. They are experts in rehab, balance, fall risk, and functional fitness for seniors and people of all ages.
I hope the Board and Director will hire more support staff to keep the Y at Grant Road clean and do laundry services. Our highly trained fitness instructors should not be distracted by these duties.

El Camino Y Offers various classes for youth to seniors.
Instructors are very knowledgeable, friendly, personal and always helpful.
Staff members are very pleasant and helpful, and keep facilities clean .
I like the Barre class on Friday and the Pilates class on Tuesday. Would be great to have another Barre class during the week, ALSO just as feedback to improve, studio B on Friday morning needed cleaning. The mirrors at the main studio also would do with some cleaning.
A wide selection of classes are available. The instructors are friendly and competent. Reception is well-organized and friendly. The maintenance is excellent-clean locker room and equipment. I really enjoy coming there to workout.
This is the best Y in the Bay Area. Clean, organized, great classes and equipment.

Love the aquaaerobics program - and admire the flexibility that enables patti to give land classes while the pol is being repaired !

Clean and friendly gym with lots of equipment.
Sauna and swimming pool is a great addition.
Whenever I come machines are available to do my own workouts!
Good variety of classes
I like the water aerobics class they have a lot of nice workout equipment in the gym too.
I mostly use the gym. But the programs and activities are good. We have used the kids club. We enjoyed the first ever Diwali celebration. Thanks to the staff for doing that.

Good resource for whole community. I love the fitness stuff for me and the services for all kinds of people regardless of income.
Just trying out our free week and very impressed so far. Only have used weight room and 2 classes for seniors and enjoyed. Friendly staff and folks who belong. Beautiful and clean and lots of classes to choose from!!
The employees are always so nice, especially Alice at the front counter at the Mtn.View Grand Road Y. She goes out of her way to handle any paperwork problems or problems you are having with a class or instructor.
Everyone there always greets me by name with a sunny smile. It makes my day! :-)

I love everything, I wish you guys had a hot tub, though.
Quincy - our kids' swim teacher - is absolutely amazing. She makes it fun and engaging and kids always look forward to having a swim class with her. We also really appreciate aquatics coordinator Alexis Tansay who is very capable, knowledgeable, responsive, and always stays on top of things. We facility is wonderful and we appreciate warm clean towels, heated pool (we wish it could run year around!) and the clean showers. I also get to do intensive cardio group exercise while my kids are swimming and it works perfectly. Diane (the group class teacher) is amazing. Thank you all!
I loved the facility. I attended the Body Combat class with Diana and enjoyed it very much. the facility was welcoming, clean and the atmosphere was nice.
I take two classes their, and love the enthusiasm and helpfulness of the instructors.
All I do is swim at this location but it's by far my favorite Y location. It's super clean, well taken care of, everyone is very professional and the separate rooms for different types of activities is great!
