The variety of classes offered!
They seem to have an answer for delays or problems
A nice diversity of programs. LOVE THE BEGINNER Line Dancing. Don't like the Les Mills classes. Would like more MAT PILATES. EGYM has been helpful. Love the coffee machine. Love the friendly atmosphere of the gym. 24 Fit never had that. Locker rooms are clean and tho I have a lock with me I love that I can use the ones already embedded in the lockers if I need to. Wish Saratoga Y had the more updated lockers u have. So hope that says it all.

The flexibility of all the available classes and the great instructors and people I have met over the last 13+ years.
I like the variety of classes and workout options as well as the staff and instructors and the other members who are so encouraging
I love everything about the Mountain View YMCA. It has become part of my life only helping me stay physically and mentally fit but truly becoming a way of life for me. However if I had to nitpick, I’d suggest giving the locker room some attention. The lockers, floors, toilets, and especially the showers could use a thorough cleaning. And in some areas a little fixing too. I realize improvements can be costly, and it’s been many years since the lockers were replaced, but the facility is simply not quite what it used to be. That said, please keep up the good work. I’m very grateful to have such a great YMCA so close to where I live. Thank you!

Egym
I like having many different types of group exercise classes in many different times like AM, PM, and evening. It is nice to have variety of classes, such as Zumba, Ujam, yoga, Pilates, combat, etc and not just one type of many different types. You can get cardio and stretching and everything you need under one roof for those who are not deciplined enough to exercise on your own. I also like having many different instructors since everyone’s style is different and the offer different knowledge.
All of it. Your staff are wonderful. Classes are great.
The variety of classes has something for everyone at every age and level of ability.
Master Swim team. Plus all the rest
Different classes, great instructors
The volleyball court
I have been a member for 3 years and never had a bad experince. I use the facility 5 days a week for total of 10 hrs. The star is outstanding.
I just started one session of Trx on Thursday at this location, but overall have good impression of the facility and staff. The only drawback is the parking is more challenging than other locations.
The pool is the nicest one I've swam in since moving to the Bay area. It's obvious that it is well maintained and cared for, like the rest of the gym. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. As an early morning swimmer, I appreciate that the gym opens on time consistently. I also enjoy the towel service.
