Many great classes are offered with excellent instructors.
I particularly really like Tho’s Saturday Pilates class.
I do wish that when that instructor is on vacation, it gets subbed as Pilates class just by any other instructors even though they may note be from the Northwest YMCA rather than as a whole different class, such as Les Mills core. Just because Les Mills Core is more prevalent to find throughout.
I love the childcare and the people who work there are wonderful. The childcare is clean and safe with plenty of options for various ages.
I also really enjoy the classes. Especially body pump with Ronda. Pilates, Barre and the core classes.
Would be great to see a cycle, yoga/meditation or body attack become available during childcare morning hours.

the ratio of the instructor and kids are great. the coach has patience teaching young kids and willing to adjust the need as kids need.

Lots of options for different people. Personally, I do the eGym, which really works for me by removing friction and allowing me to get in-and-out quickly. I also take a Pilates Reformer class, and the instructor is very good. She provides individualized feedback.
The friendly atmosphere at the YMCA along with the expansive availability for exercise equipment and programs.

I regularly use the pool (lap swimming), weight machines, treadmills and stair masters, but am not involved currently in any group activities
