Great gym and activities for all members of the family
Great "outside" pool schedule for lap swimming. Staff is friendly from the lobby to the pool.
Although I have not availed myself of the pickleball court yet, I am pleased it has been added to the services offered at the El Camino Y.

I really like yoga with Sue. I wish it would be longer than the current hour. In general, i would like to see more mindfulness classes. Also it would be nice to see a small group weight lifting groups for those that are re-starting their weight lifting routine.
I get a lot of benefit from the Functional Fitness classes, taught by Lynette Wong and Lisa Schouten. They are experts in rehab, balance, fall risk, and functional fitness for seniors and people of all ages.
I hope the Board and Director will hire more support staff to keep the Y at Grant Road clean and do laundry services. Our highly trained fitness instructors should not be distracted by these duties.
