Since the swimming program only lasts for a month, it will be great to have consistent coaches.
I haven’t really attended much of the programs or activities. I go to workout than I hit the shower and get in the pool for more exercise. I love it because I’m getting healthier and the staff are really nice

Thou I'm not able to be a member at your organization I would highly recommend it. The day I worked out it seemed like a nice environment. Didn't get to try the racket ball courts I'm sure there are some good games there. The staff seemed to be nice and curtious. Thank you.

I had a good experience with the facilities at the Central YMCA. I took a swim in the heated indoor pool early on Saturday morning. It was a fantastic way to begin the day. By using the online pool schedule on the YMCA website, I was able to monitor the date and time. It was very easy to use. The women's lockers are in good condition and sturdy. Attending the Central YMCA is beneficial due to the weight and workout gym, Racketball room, and Basketball court being facilities that can be utilized for your daily lifestyle.
Zumba, Pilates and more. The instructors are excellent in engaging us and motivating us.
I like that there are a variety of classes for adults and children. I also like that we have access to an app that helps us find the programs and activities.

We love the Y, we enrol every time we are in town. We like that you are family-oriented and that there is provisions for the kids when the parents are working out, as well as opportunities for the kids to spend quality time with parents.
