Well. they're very creative and helpful for our health. Besides most of staffs are friendly and helpful.
Skilled, caring instructors. The registration system could use an upgrade, though. Seems dated and clunky.
Outdoor pool
Low key, family oriented, kids. Really happy our Y is not crowded w muscle heads w attitude.
The instructor is very friendly and enthusiastic about teaching! Very helpful for my kid learn swimming.
The work out station is immaculate and clean
I like the community of people, the great pool and Jill at the front desk. She always makes me feel so welcome and like I belong there.
We like how the Y engages and contributes to the community and is not just a gym. It's great that there are activities for whole families, and childcare on and offsite.
I really am thankful for the outdoor pool. The day I visited it was warm! I swam laps for the fist time in a while. Cooled way down.

Weight rooms are always clean. Staff are very friendly. Handball courts are in great shape.

Good variety and times. Wish a few more offerings on Sunday. Suggest adding Zumba Gold class and U Jam.

The staff were polite and helpful. My boys loved their instructor.
I used the locker for swimming, but the locker is not easy to use. I didn't bring my own lock and I used to go to South YMCA in South San Jose which has free electric lockers. Finally I have to ask my friend to take care of my cell phone and he didn't go to the gym.
Could you update the locker and provide free storage?
