Sean and cancer exercise group on W/F. I am accepted for who I am in the group. More support and exercise than I’ve had in years.

We love the open gym that you have every weeknight at 8 pm. Our son loves joining the pick up basketball games. It helps to improve his game.

Women’s locker room could use more cleaning but overall love this Y!!!

The variety and time options for your yoga classes. I would love if there was a yin yoga class at night or on the weekend as I work during the day.

The Variety of Classes. Im going to try Water Classes for the First time! I love yoga and was about to teach 10 years ago. Nice to be able to go to several classes a week!

Nice swimming pool, perfect watertemperature . Relaxing Sauna and hot tub. Friendly staff.

The variety and frequency of classes (BodyFlow and Pilates in particular), the community feel, its proximity to my home, the swimming pool/swim lessons, the friendly welcome/reception area, and the locker rooms.

I really enjoy the LaBlast Fitness class with Instructor, Lynn. Her enthusiasm and zest make the class fun and a good workout for all.

I like the friendliness of the staff and variety of classes with knowledgeable & caring instructors. The facility is kept clean and the equipment seems well maintained. I really appreciated the feeling of community when going to the Y.

I enjoy the availability of a large variety of equipment and resources. I enjoy multiple activities and this is a big draw for me.
