I love the new Leblast class...

I work so the 5:30pm class on Wednesday works great. I wish it was available at least one more day a week at that time. I also go to the Saturday Leblast class.

There is a huge variety of exercise classes to choose from...the youth sports are great. There’s something for every member of the family.

Regarding Aqua Aerobics Schedule seven days a week, I have several choices to choose from.

Every Instructor that I have just met has been more than willing to be of great service to me.
They are all so very accommodating, it is a joy to to be involved with the "Y".

Because I have some specific health issues I don't avail myself to the programs and activities you offer. I kind of have to do my own things - as suggested by my doctors - at my own pace. I very much appreciate that Central YMCA has the facilities and equipment I need at hours when I can access them.

Love that the Y offers so many different programs. There are 3-4 activities to choose from every hour of the AM and lots of offerings in the evenings.

Most important is the Y’s contribution to the health and wellbeing of EVERYONE in the community. This inclusiveness is what makes me proud to be a member and support such a vital and important organization .
