I had follow up services ordered by the field operations manager, because he stated it is company policy to make sure all customers are satisfied with every aspect of an install. The technician that followed up took pictures of the work he performed. The technician regraded the soil to made sure the trench they dug was properly filled in ensuring the safety of the LP line and our property. Our newly installed 330 gallon propane tank is powering our fireplace and newly installed standby generator. We are totally satisfied with Southern Propane. Thank you for being customer focused and proactive!
