I like that Southern Propane monitors my gas needs and provides service in a timely manner. Their employees are friendly and helpful. The delivery person ALWAYS closes my gates securely when the delivery is finished....I don't have to worry about my dog getting out.

When I call and ask for my gas to be delivered they are very prompt and get to me as fast as I can I think them very much for allowing me to pay my bill in payment and they have been very nice and courtesy with me at all Times I pray you have a blessed and safe holidays look forward to continuing my service with you for many years to come thank you very much

I like your website. I can check the level of propane in my tank at any time and get a real-time reading and I know you guys are monitoring it as well so I never worry about draining the tank. I also like the fact that I can pay my bill online and look at my billing history/usage.
My service delivery was quick and easy. I was working from home and didn't even know he had come. The bill was left on my door and I was emailed the same day that I had a new charge.
