I went in yesterday to buy a good lock for my one year old Huffy Cranbrook. Malcolm (salesperson) was very helpful. I didn’t want to buy a combination lock. I sprung for the Kryptonite also because my son has a one year old bike. He also adjusted my seat. Great service, organized, friendly and knowledgeable shop. Will be going back to get a cool bell soon!

I called first and spoke to a very nice young gentleman. Upon arriving at the store I was lucky enough to have that person help me with my bicycle. I had aleady told him my concerns with an arthritic knee. He was very prepared to help adjust my seat again and again until I was comfortable. I was so happy with the service, we bought a second bicycle for my daughter!!
