Fast and friendly service. The installer did a very neat job that looks as good as it can. He hid wires where possible and cleaned up everything. I also received very good service from the admin department when booking and getting quotes. Very impressed from start to finish.

Wallbox is easy to use but need to be very close to it to update its software (weak Bluetooth connection?) - had to almost touch my phone on the wallbox unit.

The service was great. I contacted jet charge on the weekend and then had a scheduled service on the Thursday that next week. Unfortunately they couldn’t end up coming that day due to a job that was complex, however arrived the next day and installed the charger. It was very simple and straightforward.
Had an issue with my charger, spoke to them on a Thursday, they’d ordered the part, contacted the electrician and organised installation for the following week and checked in with me on the Friday. Installation took less than 30mins. Quality service from the first phone call through to the electrician making sure I had the app reset for the new charger.
