The organisation putting in the system was great and it all went smoothly. However the firm that installed it at our address was a little lacking in marrying it to my phone and also the hours we wanted it to charge our car. I like the setup where I took a few photos and answered some preliminary question. I like the arrangement for installation was made and kept. The installers were very professional and we negotiated the precise location. It was all very reasonable, reliable and professional. Great job.

They Prompt and installed the unit with little fuss
JetCharge was recommended by Audi. Peter O’Riordan who performed the installation was excellent and efficient, and was very knowledgeable about the charging cables and the associated process. In fact Audi had not given me the correct charger and this was remedied by Audi immediately thanks to Peter. Peter was also very personable and helpful with advice. In my view, JetCharge is very fortunate to have a person like Peter working for them.
