I ordered a bike for my husband via the manufacturer’s website. It arrived quickly and I received a call from the bike shop within days to tell me the bike was all put together and ready to be picked up. I called and they offered to attached a kickstand as well as a water bottle holder which I completely forgot about. That was great! Pick up was quick and easy. The store associate even quickly cut and shortened a piece on the bike to make sure it would fit my husband well. A wonderful experience. Thrilled to find such a great bike shop and a local business with amazing customer service!

They were very helpful. The staff is very kind and attentive. They helped me get exactly what my daughter wanted for a bike and recommended the best lock for her bike. They even helped put it in my vehicle. They only had one bike in stalk that was built of the bike my daughter wanted for her birthday, because it had different more expensive tires on it. They even waived the builders fee because we decided to take the bike with the more expensive better tires then the original ones. If anyone is looking for a bike, I will definitely recommend Western Cycles in Seabrook to all my friends and family and their Danvers location. I had a wonderful experience while there. They answered all my questions, helped me get the exact bike my daughter wanted. Jordan Knowles even held the last bike for me because I was driving a hour away to come pick it up. He was so helpful.
