You can expect nothing but professionalism and care with your property. I have requested the Tune-up on my bike for the last 2 years and when I get it back, it's like its brand new again. I use the Seabrook location to be specific.

This was our second time purchasing an E bike from Western cycle. They are so knowledgeable, and really take the time to listen your needs and make sure you get the correct bike. They spent extra time helping my daughter learn how to use not only her bike but the app that went along with it. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is in need or is looking to purchase any bike.

Jaime was quite informative when I was deciding on which bike fit my needs best. The two young men who helped me yesterday when picking it up were also very helpful. I do not recall their names. Although they both shook my hand and identified themselves. But they were helpful and friendly like Jaime. Also you had exactly the bike I wanted in the price range I wanted to spend. Being in Seabrook is a plus I saved a good amount of money being a mass resident. I would not have made this purchase in Mass at the Danvers location because of this.

Personalized service. In a world of faceless online shopping, going to Western Cycle (which is an hour and a half from my home) is a conscious choice. My first visit happened because they had the particular e-bike in stock that I wanted and it seemed that no one else did. I’d already tried buying an e-bike online and it was a disaster. I needed to talk about it and test ride it. The online experience had been s $1400 month long nightmare of email customer service with China. After buying I continue to shop for accessories and to have the bike serviced there because I don’t feel like a faceless statistic,. Yes, those accessories are cheaper on Amazon (and I do shop the big A) but not when it comes to my bike!

I recently bought a Norco EMTB from Western Cycle in Seabrook and couldn’t be more happy. The customer service was top notch from time of order to the day I picked it up. Jamie updated me at every step of the way from time of shipment to time of delivery, which was only 4-5 days over Black Friday. DeanO built it up within a few days of receiving it and I was riding with a fully charged battery the day I picked it up! I have several other bikes I’ve accumulated over the years and can tell you that kind of service doesn’t always happen so buy with confidence from Western Cycle.
