We love the dependability of the hyundai santa fe and sonata. The sales deals are always smooth with Ron Randall. This makes 3 that we have bought from him. We even waited for him to get back from vacation to go to the dealership just so we could work the deal with him. The service department is always quick and courteous to get our vehicle serviced correctly and on time. It's a great dealership.

I will always go to Don Franklin! I have always been treated with respect. The salesmen/saleswomen do everything they can to get you in the vehicle that you want.

I have a 2020 Hyundai Tucson, there has been a vibration in it for almost 3 years. This problem has elevated my blood pressure a lot, nothing seemed to resolve this issue. David Couch service manager at Hyundai of Somerset, took my vehicle and kept it for almost one month but gave me a loaner car. He resolved the vibration in my vehicle, him and the staff were very nice during this process. I am sure my behavior during this was not very pleasant and for that I do apologize! Yes, I would recommend this Dealership’s Service Department and products to family and friends. My daughter has the exact same vehicle and she comes from Hazard to Somerset to get it serviced and repaired! Thanks guys , really appreciate all you did!!
