Great truck and salesman Andrew got us a killer rate and the perfect ride all within the same day over the phone.
I was very satisfyed with all servicing with my vehicles and the sales person (Sosha).
The only reason I didn’t give a 10 was because there was absolutely no negotiation pertaining to added items in my car such as the $40 first aid kit and the emergency winter kit, etc. I would love to have had the WeatherTech mats instead of all the added cargo net, etc. I recently purchased a Palisade in Lexington and they happily threw that in. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it would’ve been nice. The answer was just no we can’t do that. I felt like I wasted money for those additional items that I didn’t want and will never use. I already have a first aid kit.
