The information provided by Dr. Patel on my current PSA test and history oy previous tests to inform me of my improvement. The medical staff was thorough and very helpful. The only issue I have is the recurrent information filled out on the I Pad. This information should be sent in advance of the appointment that will avoid time spent on filling out the form.

If you're dealing with recurrent/CUTI infection and getting nowhere with your current GP or local urologist, considering seeking-out a "Regional Level" urologist, which Dr. Patel is, if not more on the "National Level". If suffering and no carer will considering a medication change or is unwilling to allow a long-term antibiotic therapy, a better uro is needed for your overall health..
The office is a well-run machine, caring for many patients. My only minor complaint is when calling a specific office, for a routine reason, calls are handled by a call center and there can be a wait for the office to contact the patient. There is a online Patient Portal, but patients having easier access to their specific office (as the practice has a handful of locations), this would be a benefit.
If you are in pain. If you're getting home from work and looking forward to an evening of pain reducers, filtered water and a heating pad, know there is help out there.
